Return & Refund Policy — LockerStride

At LockerStride, we take pride in the quality of our performance gear. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or removed label will not be accepted for return.

2. Return Shipping

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
LockerStride is not liable for any returns lost or damaged in transit. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, used socks or opened packaging cannot be returned.

6. EU Shipping & Consumer Rights

LockerStride currently ships within Europe only.
This policy complies with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) regarding online purchases.
